Due to the intimate nature of our date night experiences, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and factory-sealed boxes to ensure the health and safety of all our customers. If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please reach out to our support team immediately for a replacement.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your box is unopened with all original seals intact, as we cannot accept returns on intimate items or consumables once the packaging has been compromised.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping container and include your RMA slip before mailing the package to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
